The construction, completion, commissioning, maintenance and handing over of the project UAE Campus PPP Development Buildings: 6A, 6B, 6C & 6D, located in UAE University, Al Ain.

1. Building 6A & 6B Crescent shaped buildings with:
basement and ground level podium structure, three floors of offices, mechanical floor, basement and ground floor car parking and central landscaped spaces.

2. Building 6C Library building with:
basement and ground floors and a sloping roof structure. Entrances to the Great Hall and basement parking area.

3. Building 6D The Great Hall building:
basement parking facilities and ground floor with a sloping roof structure auditorium.

4. External works, comprising hard paving within building

limits.
