The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of six multi-storied buildings, 11 storeys high, including a shopping complex and a two-storey car park having an area of 8,000 square meters.

The total construction area is 58,860 square meters and the total land area is 11,050 square meters. The buildings are all made of reinforced concrete and rest on a total of one thousand two hundred piles.

The ground and mezzanine floors of all the buildings are interconnected to form a commercial shopping complex. The open area between the buildings contains the parking area.

The buildings contain a total of three hundred and twenty-six flats. They have a first class finish and GRC cladding on the external façade. All the aluminium work is of highest quality

Mechanical Details

Air conditioning and ventilation:
Eighteen 2,800 ton capacity chillers compete with 845 fan coil units and six air handling units, 140 tons of galvanized sheet

Plumbing and Drainage:
All hot and cold water piping with all related accessories, water tanks, pumps, as well as drainage pipes, risers and manholes.

Fire fighting system:
Dry risers in all buildings and car park. Irrigation, drainage and sanitary works, water supply for 328 flats, 10,500 square metre

Electrical Details

The supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all lighting systems, small power distribution, standby generators, distribution boards, wiring accessories, cabling and cable trays.

A complete low voltage system, consisting of security system, master antenna TV system, video intercom, PA system, fire alarm system and all external lighting.
