All civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of a 22 storey building on a plot size of 100' x 100' (30.5 x 30.5 m), comprised of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine floor, 19 typical floors and mechanical roof floor.
It has a total floor area of 20,465 sq. m. The building is designed for commercial and residential use. There are five threebedroom flats on each of the nineteen typical floors.
External finishes include GRC cladding and reflective glass curtain wall. Decorative finishes at the top corners of the building are made from GRC claustra panels.

Mechanical Details
The air-conditioning system was composed of:
Six 210 ton capacity chillers;
Four hundred ninety two fan coil units
Plumbing and drainage was supplied for a 22 storey building, where nineteen of the floors contain five three-bedroom flats.
An LPG system was supplied for ninety-five kitchens.
