The project involved the construction of a luxury hotel in Al Ain. The hotel contains 102 rooms and suites, 4 apartments and 8 chalets. Also included are a ballroom, a shopping centre, a health club, a chalets block, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
Seen from above, the hotel is shaped like a butterfly. Building area is about 21,900 square meters. The buildings are of reinforced concrete and block on strip/isolated footings. External walls are plaster on block with textured paint.
The lobby is covered by a skylight. The hotel contains several restaurants and bars. There are two meeting/conference rooms. The health club includes sauna, steam room, 2 squash courts and an aerobic gymnasium.
Included in the project were a generator room, kitchens, restaurants, laundry and storage area.

Mechanical Details
The supply, installation, testing and commissioning of central AC system including 6 chillers of 165 tons, 259 FCUs and 19 AHUs, central fans and controls.
AC distribution to different rooms was done using insulated GI ducting sheets and black steel pipes. 24 nos AC split units were provided for the chalets.
Plumbing and Drainage system includes all hot and cold water piping and related accessories, central water heating system and central filtration system.
Also includes all sanitary fixtures, LPG system, water tanks and pipes, drainage pipes and risers, and connection to the
Firefighting system consisting of GI piping to all areas including basement and roof, all sprinklers, pumps, fire cabinets, hose reels and fire extinguishers.
