Mechanical Details
The decoration and internal finishing of "Hemingway's" at the Abu Dhabi Hilton. Included in the project were the detailing and decoration of the "Jazz Bar", a popular night spot featuring live jazz music and a restaurant.
The project included demolition and alteration works, construction of a new entrance foyer, renovation works to the Jazz bar, discotheque, kitchen and toilets, supply of all fixed and movable furniture and furnishings and all decorations.
Chilled water system for air conditioning with automatic control system, consisting of chillers, AHUs, FCUs and pumps. Ventilation system complete with fans, ducts and dampers.
All plumbing and drainage works. Fire fighting system, with all equipment and cabinets, hose reels.
Water filtration and treatment systems. All other associated mechanical works.

The supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following:
Submain Distribution board and secondary distribution boards, with automatic circuit breakers; All feeders from the MDB to the DBs and electrical equipment All conduits, boxes etc, related to electrical installations Lighting and power installations; Earthing and lightning protection; Conduits, wiring, trunking, boxes and accessories for the telephone system; All works related to main power intakes in coordination with the Fire alarm and fire detection systems.
