The project involved converting a residential building into a hotel, involving demolition and removal of all existing floor and wall finishes, inclusive of all the aluminium and glazing works and adding a full exterior curtain wall on the four facades.
Each of the fourteen floors contains six studio and two onebedroom suites, for a total of eighty-four studio and twenty-eight one-bedroom suites. Internal works included ceramics, marble and terrazzo tiling and false ceiling works.
Decorations and internal finishes included painting, wallpaper, mirrors, carpets, curtains and complete furniture for the hotel and the main lobby.
Other external works were pavements, roofing and waterproofing works, metal works, glazing, louvers and access ladders,

Mechanical Details
Complete air-conditioning system with integral packaged chiller.
