The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of a reinforced concrete building on a plot size of 100' x 60' (30.48m x 18.28m),
The building rests on piles and has a total floor area of 15,200 square metres. It is designed for commercial use and consists of a ground floor, mezzanine, 18 typical floors and one mechanical floor, reaching a height of 77 meters.
There are four offices on each of the eighteen floors for a total of 72 offices. The external façade is composed of reflective glass double-glazed curtain wall and high-quality white carrara marble, 3 cm thick.
