The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of a reinforced concrete building on a plot 100' x 150' (30.5 x 45.7m) consisting of basement, ground and mezzanine floors, 18 typical floors and a roof floor.
The total floor area of the building is 33,547 sq. m. It is intended for residential and commercial use and contains shops, 20 offices and 190 flats. The basement contains a 4-theatre cinema complex with the capacity for seating 1,000 spectators.
The building exterior is aluminium and reflective glass curtain wall on all four facades with precast cladding to the remaining areas. The lower floors are cladded with ceramic tiles.
