The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works for a building on a plot size of 80' x 80' (24.38 x 24.38 m), consisting of a ground floor, mezzanine, 18 typical floors and one mechanical floor.

The building is a reinforced concrete structure supported by piles, and has a total floor area of 11,100 sq.m. It is intended for residential use and contains 4 flats on each of the 18 floors for a total of 72 flats.

The external façade is composed of pink granite and pink flamed granite and an aluminium and double glazed reflective glass curtain wall.

Mechanical Details

The central air-conditioning system includes:

  • Four 198 ton air-cooled chillers;
