The construction of a new villa for His Highness the Crown Prince at Abu Al Abiyad. The building is a concrete structure on piles built over an area of approximately 10,000 sq. m. The villa consists of five floors with a built-up area of 5,000 sq. m.
The external facades are cladded with GRC and decorated with granite panels and strips with new shapes and original sophisticated finish and design.
The fifth floor includes a modern swimming pool cladded with an original and decorative kind of ceramic tiles. The villa has three lifts, one of which is a hydraulically operated panoramic glass lift.
A chiller yard is provided, two hundred metres from the villa, connected with a two metre high reinforced concrete tunnel, 170 metres long, through which are passed all the mechanical

Mechanical Details
Air conditioning system: Three 120 ton centrifugal air-cooled water chillers, three 300 US gallon/minute chilled water pumps, seventy-five air handling and fan coil units and seventeen 4KW.
The distribution is done using GI sheet ducting and chilled water pipes complete with insulation, splitter dampers, volume dampers, fire dampers, attenuators and electric duct heaters.
A soil and waste system using HDPE pipes connects all sanitary fixtures and sinks to the main sewer lines.
