The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of a reinforced concrete building on a plot 100' x 100' (30.5 x 30.5m) consisting of basement, ground and mezzanine floors, 18 typical floors and a roof floor.
It is a concrete structure resting on 90 cm piles with a raft foundation on top of them. It has a total floor area of 23,478 sq. m. There are 72 deluxe flats on the upper floors and retail outlets on the ground floor.
This is a prestige building with bronze coloured reflective glass curtain wall on four sides and marble cladding in all remaining areas...
The building is intended for commercial and residential use.

Mechanical Details
Air conditioning and ventilation:
Four chillers with all required air handling units and fan coil units as well as all exhaust/fresh air fans. Distribution is done with GI.

Fire fighting:
