The supply, installation, testing and commissioning of:

It is a concrete structure resting on 90 cm piles with a raft foundation on top of them. It has a total floor area of 23,478 sq. m. There are 72 deluxe flats on the upper floors and retail outlets on the ground floor. This is a prestige building with bronze coloured reflective glass curtain wall on four sides and marble cladding in all remaining areas. The building is intended for commercial and residential use
