The building has a net area of 621 sq. m. on a single storey plan. The facilities are divided equally into the public areas and the treatment areas with main, emergency and service entrances.

Due to the nature of the building, areas with windows are kept to a minimum, except for the main and emergency entrances which are the heart of the project. Both entrances stand out because of a big coloured curved canopy which protects them.

A simple concrete structure has been adopted using a grid span of 5.0 by 7.5 metres. In order to give this building an Arab touch, the floors of the entrance area and the canopy have been decoratively tiled.

Also included in the project are a helipad and other services, including external works, parking area and road construction.
