The foundation of any successful business relationship is communication and mutual understanding. To ensure there is a shared understanding regarding each client’s requirements, we practice a policy of open dialogue with clients during all stages of a project, from pre-construction to post-handover maintenances.

We continually improve the way we work and the services we provide to clients – an ongoing process that begins with our thorough understanding of the core fundamentals of the construction process. We combine this with the latest in construction best practice, then incorporate new technologies and the most successful business practices.

In cases where we outsource processes or activities that could even indirectly impact our high level of customer service, Pivot implements systems to ensure there can be no negative impact on service. We manage these outsourced processes and activities through specific procedures that are outlined and addressed by our Integrated Management System.  

On an annual basis our clients, subcontractors and suppliers are invited to complete a satisfaction survey upon which they can submit their view on issues such as quality, health and safety, relationships, performance, planning, documentation and contract conditions.

These surveys provide an opportunity to receive direct feedback from those we do business with in order to ensure the continuous development and improvement in the service we provide and the relationships which we build.
