Pivot´s Electro-Mechanical division functions as a fully independent MEP (Mechanical; Electrical; Plumbing) subcontractor. It cooperates with Civil Projects team as a preferred subcontractor for the majority of jobs.
Having our own MEP division enables us to streamline the construction process with better coordination - which avoids delays resulting from design change, clears up design challenges with a minimum of fuss and speeds up delivery overall.
Our MEP division also functions as a freely operating MEP subcontractor for independent electro-mechanical projects. This full-service division has its own support infrastructure which includes estimation engineers, planners, equipment, machinery, transportation and logistics.
