The project is a prestigious new tower overlooking Abu Dhabi’s New Corniche road next to the landmark Bainunah Tower. It is a commercial building comprising of three basement floors, part basement floor for air conditioning equipment, ground floor, four office floors and twenty-two residential floors including health club and a service floor. Also included is the electric substation building for the tower.

A fire fighting system including all hoses, cabinets and accessories. Complete LPG system. The latest model of building management system.

Electrical Details

The electrical works for the project feature the following:
