The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of a commercial and residential building on a 100' x 60' plot (30.48 m x 18.28 m), located in Abu Dhabi's commercial district, set back from Hamdan Street.
It is comprised of a ground floor, mezzanine floor, 1st floor, sixteen typical floors and a penthouse. Total floor area is 14,900 sq. m. Each of the sixteen typical floors has four flats for a total of sixtyfour flats.
The building is a concrete structure resting on 80cm diameter piles, reaching bedrock at 10 meters below ground level.
The building facades are cladded with powder coated aluminium sheets, 2cm x 6cm white ceramic tiles on the corners and aluminium curtain wall.

Mechanical Details
Four chillers having a capacity of 700 tons of refrigeration, with all fan coil units and air handling units as well as all exhaust/fresh air fans.
Distribution to the flats is done using GI ducts and black steel chilled water pipes.
Plumbing and drainage includes hot and cold water piping with all related accessories, water tanks and pumps as well as all drainage pipes and risers and the manholes around the building Fire fighting system consists of GI piping to all areas including the basement and roof, sprinklers, cabinets, pumps, hose reels
