Mechanical Details
Central AC system, including two 98 ton chillers, 22 nos. FCUs and 4 nos. AHUs, modulating AC controls and central fans. Distribution is done by GI sheet ducting and black steel pipes for the chilled cold water PVC distribution system.
Sanitary fixtures.
Ventilation system complete with seven fans, two speed motor, ducts and dampers.
Fire fighting system: Distribution to sprinklers with wet alarm valves, fire fighting pump set, complete with control panel.
