The Al Rayyana project is a residential community project spread over 124, 505 m2 located in Khalifa-A residential area in Abu Dhabi, adjacent to the Abu Dhabi Golf Club. The project consists of thirty-three residential buildings of three different types:
Type-1: Eleven buildings with 1 Basement + Ground Floor + 9 Typical Floors.
Type-2 : Sixteen buildings with 1 Basement + Ground Floor + 6 Typical Floors.
Type-3: Six buildings with Ground Floor + 4 Typical Floors.
In addition to this the project scope includes the construction of a Community Center with recreation and shopping facilities, landscaping works, mosque, car parks, infrastructure roads with all related services.
