Based on a plot size of 50' x 195' (15.24m x 59.43m), the building is a concrete structure on piles consisting of basement, first floor, second floor, 10 typical floors, 13th floor, 14th floor, roof and top roof floor.
The total construction area is approximately 17,480 sq. m. The project involved the construction of a new building after demolition of the existing structure. External finishes include ceramic tiles and aluminum and glass curtain wall.
The building is intended as five-star accommodation and has 260 deluxe rooms and suites. There are restaurants on the ground floor and mezzanine as well as a fully equipped gymnasium and health club on the top floor.
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, work was halted between September 1988 and April 2000.

Electrical Details
