The Project consists of the following: Construction of a retail shopping mall, including two Basement floors of car parking, a supermarket, retail shopping and car park on the ground floor, and three floors of retail shopping space. The fourth floor will be devoted to restaurants, a food court, a family entertainment zone, cinemas and terraces.
The project also includes all associated external works, such as hard and soft landscaping, street lighting and internal roads and paving.
