Mechanical Details
The works included air-conditioning, plumbing, drainage,firefighting and irrigation services. The A/C system was comprised of six water chillers with a total capacity of 1,050 tons serving the staff buildings and two chillers with a capacity of 230 tons serving the social centre and The chillers were installed in a chiller yard and the chilled water was distributed by a network of pipes. The balance of the buildings were supplied by a split system and by window units. The plumbing works was a large distribution network of hot and cold water pipes installed inside and outside the buildings, and The drainage and fire fighting systems were similarly installed, and include manholes and valve pits for the connections between various parts of the project.

Electrical Details
The scope of the electrical works was the detailed design, supply,delivery, installation, commissioning and testing of the variouscomplete systems as follows; Relocation of an existing substation and load centres; Installation of a new substation and 14 load centres complete with their transformers and 11KV cabling; All LV cabling and distribution panels between the load centres and different buildings Earthing and lightning protection system; Addressable fire alarm system linked and connected with the ADNOC main control building; Public address and music system; Telephone system; Street lighting; All necessary lighting and small power.
