The project involved all civil and electro-mechanical works required for the construction of an extension to the existing Hilton Hotel in Abu Dhabi, having a 12 storey tower with 200 rooms, including a new ballroom, restaurants and shopping area. The building is of reinforced concrete on pile foundations of deluxe finishes. The external elevations have a marble stone,curtain wall and claustra blocks finish. The total construction area is 20,900 square meters.

Exploration of existing services, including high and low voltage cables, telecom cables and Etisalat telephone cables and preparation of all required drawings for rerouting the services.
