The project involved the construction of a new building after demolition of the existing structure, on a plot size of 50' x 80' (15.24m x 24.38m). The building is comprised of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine floor, and eighteen typical floors.
The total floor area is approximately 10,100 sq. m. The building is intended for residential and commercial use. There are 72 flats in the building.
The external facades are dressed with ceramic tiles fixed on precast elements and a reflective glass curtain wall on all the four facades.
