The construction of mid-range housing units in the outlying area of Abu Dhabi city, as the first phase of the development in the Sas Al Nakhl district. Three basic villa types are included, one of which is detached and two of which are semi-detached.
Each villa is comprised of two storeys and an attic floor and has a total floor area of approximately 800m2 for the detached villas and 500m2 for each of the semi-detached villas.
The construction is cast-in-situ concrete. Each unit is built on a pile foundation. The villas are situated on plots of approximately 20 x 20 metres, enclosed by an external boundary wall made from wrought iron and masonry.
The roofs of the villas are pitched and finished with clay roof tiles on a timber frame.
