The construction of low-cost housing units in the outlying area of Abu Dhabi city.
Each villa is comprised of two storeys and has a total floor area of 365 m2. The construction is cast-in-situ concrete. Depending upon the existing ground conditions, each unit is built on piles or a raft foundation. Each villa is divided into two blocks, one of which contains the living quarters, and the other the majlis and kitchen.
The villas are situated on plots of 46 by 46 metres, enclosed by an external boundary wall constructed from pre-cast GRC panels.
