The construction of mid-range housing units in the outlying area of Abu Dhabi city, as the second phase of the development in the Sas Al Nakhl district.

The project includes a clubhouse, shopping centre and mosque as well as all infrastructure works.

Three basic villa types are included, one of which is detached and two of which are semi-detached.

Each villa is comprised of two storeys and an attic floor and has a total floor area of approximately 800m2 for the detached villas and 500m2 for each of the semi-detached villas.
