The construction of low-cost housing units in the outlying area of Abu Dhabi city.
Each villa is comprised of two storeys and has a total floor area of 485 m2. The construction is cast-in-situ concrete. Depending upon the existing ground conditions, each unit is built on piles or a raft foundation.
The villas are situated on plots of 46 by 46 metres, enclosed by an external boundary wall constructed from pre-cast concrete panels.
